TaylorMech were engaged by Specific Refrigeration & Mechanical Services Pty Ltd to incorporate design alterations as provided by the client. An ongoing project, which regularly produces significant challenges, where a multitude of trade services are all responsible for re-coordinating the constantly evolving building/services design.
To successfully achieve this, TaylorMech was tasked with weekly submission of coordinated Navisworks models, identification of clashes between services and the issuing of clash reports to relevant trades. TaylorMech is responsible for the modelling and coordination of all mechanical duct and pipe systems throughout the project, along with providing guidance on coordination items where the originally proposed designs were not practical from an installation perspective and required extensive re-coordination of the HVAC systems for a more effective design.

IKON PARK (STAGE 2) MATCHDAY PAVILION
TaylorMech were engaged by PJM Engineering Services Pty Ltd to carry out the HVAC modelling and coordination of the majority of the stadium redevelopment. Due to the nature and size of the development, 3D scanning technology was implemented to then be imported into the mechanical services Revit model.
All new services being proposed were required to be fully coordinated with existing services which included electrical, fire, hydraulic and existing mechanical services.
